BEER MARINADE FOR BISON STEAKS
1 (12oz.) bottle of honey brown ale
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 fresh limes juiced
1/2 medium red onion, minced
6 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp whole grain mustard
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and minced
2 tsp Tabasco brand Chipotle pepper sauce
Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl to blend.
Pour marinade over steaks in a baking dish. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
