Welcome to the herd! Our High Plains Bison collective is strong and growing by the day.

We’re a community of individuals; a little unconventional perhaps, that come together for our love of cooking, entertaining, grilling, celebrating, living well, living healthy, zigging when everyone else is zagging, and above all – to eat a food that’s so good we just can’t get enough! 

Not to brag, but we believe that our bison may quite possibly be the most perfect, satisfying and sustaining food you’ll ever eat -  with countless ways to enjoy it, revel in it and even surprise those you love with something a little unexpected.
